Paying for your graduate? The account has to be theirs, and they must be 18 or over. The season pass is a single payment with nothing to cancel.
The small print, in plain English
- Pro is £9.99 a month and renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time, online, from your Account page. You keep Pro until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- The season pass is one payment of £24.99 for 3 months of everything in Pro. It never renews.
- Fair use on video practice: written feedback is included for up to 15 video sessions a day. Past that, a session still runs, with camera feedback straight away. Your recording stays on your device, and you can ask for written feedback from the next day, when it counts towards that day’s 15. You can record up to 30 sessions in a day.
- Transcription: up to 4 hours of spoken answers a day on Pro and the season pass (40 minutes on Free), including retakes and live-interview replies. Past that, recordings wait on your device for the next day, and live interviews carry on with typed replies.
- Detailed marking uses our larger AI model when it’s available. When it’s busy, we mark with our standard model and say so, and you can ask again later. How marking works.
- Fair use on marking: each account has a daily share of our AI, far more than a day of normal practice needs. If you reach it, later answers that day get simpler feedback worked out by our own rules, and we say so on the report; you can ask for them to be marked again from the next day.
- Fair use on live interviews: 20 a month on Pro and the season pass. After that, live interviews open again next month, and video practice still works. We never charge extra.
- Days and months follow UK time. Free plan limits start again on the 1st of each month.
- Access starts straight away. At checkout you’ll tick two boxes: to ask for your access to start straight away, and to confirm you understand you then lose your 14-day right to cancel. We’ll email you a confirmation. There are no refunds once your access has started, but your legal rights if something is wrong aren’t affected. Try the Free plan first to see if it suits you. - Deeplink students get student access included in their programme at no extra cost, through Deeplink Learn.
