For Deeplink students

If you’re on a Deeplink Coaching programme, Deeplink Interview is included.

How to get in

Open Deeplink Learn and choose Practise interviews. There’s no password and nothing to pay.

  • First time here? The first time you arrive in a browser, we ask “Continue as …?” with your name, so nobody can sign you in to their account by sending you a link. Then we create your account and sign you in. Before your first session, we ask you to accept the Terms and confirm you’re 18 or over.
  • Already have an account here with the same email address? We email you a code first. Type it in and your accounts are linked.
  • Never accept the Terms? If Deeplink Learn created your account and you never accepted the Terms, we delete it when your student access ends.
  • Someone else signed in on that browser? We ask before switching accounts.
  • Want to unlink them? Choose Unlink Deeplink Learn on your Account page. Deeplink Learn then can’t sign you in here, and you sign in with your email instead.

If Deeplink Learn asks you to confirm your email address first, do that, then press Practise interviews again.

What’s included

  • Up to 15 video practice sessions a day (fair use), of up to 10 questions each
  • 30 live interviews a month (fair use), of up to 6 main questions each
  • Detailed marking by our larger AI model when it’s available (otherwise our standard model, and we’ll say so)

Deeplink coaches can use it in the same way, to see what their students see. When a student shares a report with you, open the link they send: it shows their answers and feedback, never their recordings.

Your student access lasts 30 days, and starts again each time you come in from Deeplink Learn. So it carries on for as long as you use it through the programme. When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan (or to Pro or a season pass, if you have one), and you keep your sessions and feedback.

Your practice is private

Deeplink Learn tells us your name, email address, Learn account reference and role, so we can set up your access. We don’t send anything back. Your coach and Deeplink Learn can’t see your sessions, transcripts or feedback, unless you share a report with your coach yourself.

Going through a report with your coach

When you want your coach’s view, open the session’s report and use Go through it with a coach to make a private link. Your coach sees the questions, what you said, your scores, the written feedback and the notes on your delivery and on camera, never your recordings. If you mentioned anything sensitive, such as your health, the link shares it too, so read the report first. The link works for 7, 14 or 30 days, and you can switch it off at any time.
