Terms
Terms
The agreement between you and us when you use Deeplink Interview. We’ve tried to keep it short and in plain English.
Last updated 29 September 2026 · version T6-2026-09
1. About these Terms
Deeplink Interview (interview.deeplink.uk) is provided by Deeplink [to be added], a company registered in England and Wales (company number [to be added]), whose registered office is at [to be added] (“Deeplink”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at coaching@deeplink.uk.
These Terms apply when you create an account or use Deeplink Interview. They are in English. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use your personal information. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
We keep a record of which version of these Terms you accepted, and when. The current version is always on this page.
2. What Deeplink Interview is
Deeplink Interview is a tool for practising job interviews. There are two ways to practise:
- Video practice. A question appears, you get time to think, then you record your answer against the clock. You can retake an answer up to 3 times, and add 30 seconds once per answer. In your Account you can choose standard time, one and a half times, double time or no clock.
- Live interview. An AI interviewer asks you questions from our question bank, word for word: up to 6 main questions (up to 2 on the Free plan). It may ask up to 2 follow-up questions about what you said, and it can repeat or rephrase a question if you ask. You can speak, type an answer instead, or skip a question. There’s no overall time limit, but each reply can be up to 5 minutes long, and there’s a limit on how many replies each question can take. The interviewer is set up not to give feedback during the interview; your feedback comes afterwards.
When a session counts. A video practice session or live interview counts towards your plan when you start it. If you delete it before answering anything, it doesn’t count and you get it back.
Afterwards you get written feedback and scores for each answer (in a live interview, for each main question with its follow-ups), with measures of your delivery and how you came across on camera.
- It’s practice. The feedback is guidance on how to improve. It isn’t a prediction of whether any employer would hire you, and it isn’t careers, legal or immigration advice.
- It’s automated. The written feedback and the live interviewer come from AI. It is usually helpful but can be wrong, miss context or misunderstand what you said. Use your own judgement.
- We don’t find you work. We’re not an employment agency. We don’t advertise jobs, put you forward to employers or share your results with them.
- We don’t promise results. Practising can help you prepare, but we can’t promise any result, such as an interview or a job offer.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or over to use Deeplink Interview. We ask you to confirm this, and record when you did.
- One account is for one person. Please don’t share your account or let anyone else use it.
- You sign in with a six-digit code or a one-click link sent to your email address. If you open the link in a different browser from the one you asked from, we ask you to confirm before signing you in. There are no passwords, so keep your email account secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You can sign out on every device at once from your Account page (Sign out everywhere).
- Please give us an email address that is yours and that you can check.
4. Plans and prices
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free | £0 | A taster: 2 video practice sessions a month (up to 3 questions each) and 1 live interview a month (up to 2 main questions), from the graduate first round and data graduate first round sets, with full written feedback. The other question sets, and practising a single question on its own, are part of Pro |
| Pro | £9.99 a month | Up to 15 video practice sessions a day (fair use) of up to 10 questions each, 20 live interviews a month (fair use) of up to 6 main questions each, and detailed marking by our larger AI model when it’s available (see section 10). Renews every month until you cancel |
| Season pass | £24.99 once | Everything in Pro for 3 months from the day you buy it. One payment. It never renews |
| Deeplink students | Included at no extra cost | For current Deeplink Coaching students (and Deeplink coaches) who come in from Deeplink Learn: up to 15 video practice sessions a day of up to 10 questions each and 30 live interviews a month (fair use) of up to 6 main questions each, and detailed marking when it’s available (see section 9) |
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. We show the full price before you pay.
Days and months follow UK time. Daily limits start again at midnight UK time. Monthly limits start again on the 1st of each month.
Fair use. Pro, the season pass and student access are for one person’s own practice. Written feedback is included for up to 15 video practice sessions a day. If you go over that:
- the session still runs, and you get camera feedback straight away;
- your recording stays on your device, and you can ask for written feedback on it from the next UK day. It then counts towards that day’s 15;
- you can’t record more than 30 video practice sessions in one day.
Daily limits on spoken answers. On Pro, the season pass and student access we transcribe up to 4 hours of your spoken answers a day, and up to 700 recordings (on the Free plan, 40 minutes and 40 recordings), including retakes and live-interview replies. A live interview also allows up to 400 replies a day (60 on the Free plan). If you reach a limit, video recordings stay on your device and you can send them for written feedback the next UK day, and in a live interview you can carry on by typing your replies (until the replies limit).
Daily share of our AI. So that one account can’t use up what everyone relies on, each account has a daily share of the AI services that mark answers and run live interviews. It’s far more than a day of normal practice needs. If you reach it, later answers that day get simpler feedback worked out by our own rules, and we say so on the report; you can ask for them to be marked again from the next day. This share starts again at midnight UTC (1am UK time in summer), because that’s when our AI provider’s day starts.
Live interviews need our AI there and then, so they can’t be saved for later. Once you’ve used a month’s fair-use limit (20 on Pro and the season pass, 30 for Deeplink students), you can start new live interviews again on the 1st of the next month. Video practice still works. We never charge extra for going over a limit.
Free plan counts. We keep count of the Free plan’s sessions against a scrambled form of your email address, apart from your account. So deleting your account and making a new one, or using another form of the same address, doesn’t reset them. The Privacy Notice explains this.
Price changes. We may change our prices. If we change the price of Pro, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does. A price change never affects a season pass you’ve already bought.
5. Paying
Paid plans aren’t on sale yet. This section, and sections 6 and 7, apply once they are.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We don’t see or store your card details.
- Before you pay, we show you the plan, its price, how often you’ll pay and how to cancel. You can check and correct your details on the checkout page before you pay. The button you press to buy makes clear that you’re agreeing to pay.
- Pro is a rolling monthly subscription. We take the first payment when you subscribe, and the same amount every month after that, on the same date, until you cancel.
- The season pass is a single payment for 3 months of access. It ends on its own and you won’t be charged again.
- After you pay, we email you a confirmation. It includes what you bought, these Terms, and a record of what you agreed to at checkout (see section 7).
If a Pro payment fails, we’ll tell you and try again. If it still hasn’t been paid after 14 days, your account moves to the Free plan. Your sessions and feedback are kept.
Reminders. When the UK’s new rules on subscriptions come into force, we’ll send you the reminders they require before renewal payments, and we’ll update these Terms to say when they’ll arrive.
6. Cancelling Pro
You can cancel Pro at any time, online, from your Account page (Manage billing). You can also email coaching@deeplink.uk.
When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the month you’ve already paid for. Then your account moves to the Free plan and you won’t be charged again. We’ll email you to confirm. You keep your sessions and feedback.
We don’t give refunds for part of a month, except where section 7 says so or the law requires it.
7. Your right to cancel, and refunds
What you’re buying. Pro and the season pass give you access to digital content: the paid features of Deeplink Interview, supplied online. Your access starts as soon as you pay.
The 14-day right to cancel. UK law normally gives you 14 days to cancel something you buy online. For digital content, you lose that right once your access starts, but only if you’ve agreed to this. So at checkout we ask you to tick two boxes:
- that you want your access to start straight away; and
- that you understand you’ll lose your right to cancel once it does.
You need to tick both to buy. We then email you a confirmation that records both.
If for any reason you didn’t give us both, or we don’t send you that confirmation, you keep your right to cancel for 14 days from the day you bought. To cancel, email coaching@deeplink.uk or send us the form at the end of these Terms. We’ll refund you in full within 14 days of hearing from you, to the card you paid with.
No refunds once your access has started. Apart from the cases below, we don’t give refunds once your access has started, including if you don’t use it. You can use the Free plan first to see if Deeplink Interview suits you.
When we do refund you:
- Something is wrong with Deeplink Interview (see below).
- We make a change you don’t accept. If we remove or significantly reduce a main feature of your paid plan, or change these Terms and you don’t agree (sections 12 and 13), you can cancel and we’ll refund the time you’ve paid for but not had.
- We close your account, or close Deeplink Interview (section 14).
- We take a payment by mistake.
If something is wrong. The law says digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, and that services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If Deeplink Interview doesn’t meet that, tell us at coaching@deeplink.uk. We’ll try to fix it. If we can’t, or it would take too long or cause you real inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or some or all of your money back. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If the law changes. If the law gives you more rights to cancel a subscription than these Terms do, you have those rights too.
8. Using Deeplink Interview properly
Please don’t:
- share your account, sell access to it, or use Deeplink Interview for anyone other than yourself;
- record or upload other people, or share other people’s personal information (for example, someone else’s CV) without their permission;
- use Deeplink Interview during a real interview or assessment, or to get help answering one as it happens;
- copy, scrape or republish our questions or feedback in bulk, or use them to build another service;
- try to get round the limits (for example, by making extra accounts), break or overload the service, or trick the AI (for example, with instructions hidden in your answers);
- upload anything unlawful, harmful or offensive.
If you seriously or repeatedly break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. Where we can, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
9. Deeplink students
If you’re a current Deeplink Coaching student (or a Deeplink coach), Deeplink Interview is included at no extra cost. Open it with the Practise interviews button in Deeplink Learn. Each time you do, your student access runs for the next 30 days.
- New here? We create an account for you, linked to your Deeplink Learn account. Before your first session, we ask you to accept these Terms and confirm you’re 18 or over.
- Already have an account here with the same email address? We email you a code first. Your accounts are linked once you type it in (or, if you open the emailed link in a different browser, once you say yes to linking).
- Someone else signed in on that browser? We ask before switching accounts.
When your student access ends, your account goes back to the plan you’d have without it: Free, or Pro or a season pass if you have one. A Pro subscription or season pass carries on as normal during student access, and its dates don’t change, so you may want to cancel Pro while you have student access. You keep your sessions and feedback.
If Deeplink Learn created your account and you never accepted these Terms, we delete the account when your student access ends.
Your practice is private. We don’t send anything about it to Deeplink Learn or to your coach, unless you share a report with them yourself (see section 10).
10. Your answers and feedback
Your answers are yours. You give us permission to process them only to run Deeplink Interview for you: to transcribe your speech, run your live interviews, mark your answers, and show you your feedback and progress. If you make a link to share a report, we also show that report to anyone who has the link, until it expires or you switch it off. Share it only with people you trust. We don’t use your answers or recordings to train AI models, and the AI services we use don’t either. We don’t sell them or show them to employers.
Your answers may include personal details. Only include what you’re comfortable with, and please leave out other people’s private information. You don’t need to mention sensitive details such as your health or religion. If you choose to, we use them only to give you feedback, and only if you’ve given the optional consent described in the Privacy Notice. Otherwise, please leave them out.
Your video never leaves your device. Your recordings are saved in your browser, on the device you used, and you can delete them at any time. Browsers can also clear saved data on their own (Safari, for example, can remove it after 7 days without use), so please don’t rely on Deeplink Interview to keep your recordings. The Privacy Notice explains what we keep and for how long.
When the AI is busy. Sometimes our AI services are busy. Then your written feedback may take longer. On Pro, the season pass and student access, detailed marking uses our larger AI model when it’s available; when it’s busy, we mark with our standard model instead and say so. If the AI isn’t available at all, we may show simpler feedback worked out by our own rules, and say so. In both cases you can usually ask for the answer to be marked again.
11. Our content
The questions, feedback, designs and software in Deeplink Interview belong to Deeplink or the people we license them from. You may use them for your own interview preparation. Please don’t copy them for anything else.
12. Changes to the service
We keep improving Deeplink Interview, so features may change. If we remove or significantly reduce a main feature of a paid plan while you have it, we’ll tell you first. You can then cancel, and we’ll refund the time you’ve paid for but not yet had.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example to reflect changes in the law or to the service. If a change matters to you, we’ll tell you by email or in the app. If you have a paid plan, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to it. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before it applies, and we’ll refund any time you’ve paid for but not had. We’ll ask you to accept the new Terms before your next session.
14. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. It happens straight away. If you have a Pro subscription that’s still running, please cancel it first: we’ll remind you. Deleting your account removes your sessions, transcripts and feedback straight away. It doesn’t remove:
- recordings saved in any other browser or device you used. Deleting your account from the Account page also deletes the recordings in that browser. To remove recordings from another device, delete them from the Account page on that device before you delete your account (we also offer to when you sign out), or clear that browser’s data;
- the plan counts kept against a scrambled form of your email address. These are deleted up to two months after the month or day they count (see the Privacy Notice).
If you stop using Deeplink Interview, we delete your account and everything in it 12 months after you last used it. We won’t do this while you have a Pro subscription that’s still running.
We may close your account if you break these Terms seriously or repeatedly (see section 8). If we do and you have a paid plan, we’ll refund the time you’ve paid for but won’t get, minus any costs we can show your breach caused us.
If we close Deeplink Interview altogether, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and refund the time you’ve paid for but won’t get.
15. Our responsibility to you
We provide Deeplink Interview with reasonable care and skill. If we break these Terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. Loss is foreseeable if it’s obvious it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen when you started using the service.
If digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content you own because we didn’t use reasonable care and skill, we’ll repair the damage or pay you fair compensation.
We’re not responsible for:
- any employer’s decision about you. Our feedback is practice guidance only;
- loss that wasn’t foreseeable;
- business losses (Deeplink Interview is for your personal use);
- delays or failures caused by events outside our control that we couldn’t reasonably have avoided or planned for.
Nothing in these Terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
16. Complaints
If you’re unhappy with anything, please email coaching@deeplink.uk. We’ll reply within 5 working days and aim to put things right within 14 days. When we tell you the outcome, we’ll also tell you about any alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme you can use if you’re still unhappy. You can also go to court (see section 17).
For complaints about how we use your personal information, see the Privacy Notice.
17. Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
